Directions
-Preheat oven to 300 degrees, and grease a cookie sheet.
-Combine all dry ingredients (almond flour, gluten-free oats, salt, baking soda, xantham gum, almonds, dark chocolate chips).
-Mix all ingredients, and add olive oil and agave. Mix together well.
-Using an ice cream scoop, put cookie dough on sheet, with 2 inch spaces between each cookie.
-Place sheet in oven for 20-25 minutes.
